There's an ongoing discussion of this same error in one the EP Facebook groups. I booked a flight that was showing "C" space on EF AND confirmed SWU space on AA.com yet the online tool and multiple calls to agents could not clear the upgrade. I think the SWU system is currently broken or there's some kind of IT glitch
