Here is new scenario (for me at least). I am seeing "C" space available on EF, and also seeing "Systemwide Upgrade" available when I search the AA website. However, when I tried to apply the SWU using AA's online page it came back with an error saying sorry the upgrade is no longer available and I was added to the waitlist. However, EP still shows C6. So I called, and the agent says C is actually 0 and that I can only be waitlisted. I even had her remove the request and reapply--still, just waitlist.
But here is the thing, EP still shows C6, the AA website search still shows plenty of available systemwide upgrade. What's going on.
Any thoughts? I have never seen C space on EF be inaccurate on a direct route.
