As a former local (practically lived in downtown from 2008-2018), not a huge fan of the location myself but it'll be hit with the nightlife folks. Noise issue is my first concern with the place but I haven't stayed in Bisha before so can't comment on that first hand.

Points pricing seem really fair in comparison to StR and RC. And with StR eventually joining RC with the no breakfast for elites movement, Bisha will probably be the favoured property for Marriott Elites.

Looking forward to staying here in the near future!
