Here is the menu for the upcoming BA104, the DXB to LHR day flight.

It’s great to see so many Arabic food options on the menu, but the descriptions need much more clarity. Having done this flight a number of times it is mostly UK clientele returning home from work/holiday.

I doubt most passengers (or crew) have much idea what ‘moujadara‘, ‘lamb bil ajeen’, ‘Sfouf ashta’ are.
