They do check ... We're here for one night and basically no Marriott Titanium recognition, room wasn't ready so we waited a hour and half past the published check in time, no late check out, and we were not offered our Elite choices so I'm going to speak to a manager tomorrow about our check-in experience. Front Desk kept trying to upsell us upgrades if we wanted to get into a room earlier BUT couldn't be helped to upgrade us complimentary as they were sold out but would gladly sell us the upgrade to downgrade someone...
