Hello there. To check this information, please log into your online profile at www.choicehotels.com: click 'My Stays,' and scroll down to 'My Account Activity.' In the 'My points statement' section, click on 'See my points activity statement' and select the date range desired within the drop-down menu. I hope this information helps.
