Thanks! I had no idea the website was different than the agents until yesterday. Nor did I know you could cancel on Delta.com if you booked through Amex. I assume that is the case as long as you don't use any Amex points.
And I agree with you. It's totally not worth the hassle. Then again I'm going through all my Delta ecredits and trying to figure out how they were issued and applied, and it's clear as much as well.
