For those most interested in central Paris attractions it is a bit distant, but it has excellent bus and Metro access.
I spent 2 nights here and booked 2 rooms, 1 Suite and one standard room. This for my wife and myself, the reason for 2 rooms was that I really need space to sleep, in order not to disturb my wife

. All rooms "only" have queen size beds (1.60 x 2.00m). In advance, I had my concierge check if the rooms could be connecting. She told me, they will do all possible to arrange that. And yes, it was all prepared, which was lovely, especially because the hotel was fully booked (at least 3-4 days in advance, no rooms were for sale. We arrived early in the morning (around 10:30am). Only the suite was available, and we could use that room immediately, but needed to pay 15€ which was fine.
Value for the money is unbeatable for Paris. Standard room 90€, suite 120€ (without breakfast). Since Globalists to not have breakfast included, I selected the room rate with breakfast included, which gets you more points. Incidentials do not earn points and MMS as far as I understand.
Breakfast is around 30€, which I thought was too much for what was offered, all self serve, including coffee. Bread selection limited, only ham, 2 kind of cheeses, scrambled eggs only warm dish. They could have done more for this price, especially on cheeses and cold cuts, bread.
The whole hotel has an "industrial" feeling. Rooms are nicely decorated, the lobby, bar and restaurants are great, too. We had rooms facing the garden/court/pool area, so very quiet. The standard room was upgraded to a room with balcony to allow for the connecting rooms.
All staff are extremely attentive and friendly. For instance, when we checked in for the 2nd room in the afternoon around 2:30pm, it was still not quite ready. One FDA personally went to the room to check the status, came back and said it would take another 8 minutes, until the room is completely cleaned. They gave us the keys already and said we should just wait in the suite. Exactly after 8 minutes he called and room in fact was fully cleaned.
The suite initially had an odor issue in the shower. I complained about it at the front desk. They were very surprised and said they will have a check and get it cleaned. If still smelly after our return, they’d switch our room, which was not necessary. I presume the shower was not used in the past 2-3 days, hence the smell (actually really stinky). The shower needs to be used daily, to avoid the smell coming back.
none of the rooms has a TV, just FYI
We really like the hotel, would return if we were to be in Paris again basically. The only negative part is the location. It is far away from the centre, there are 2 metro stations. One is about a 10 minute walk to the Garibaldi station (line 13), the other one about a 15 minute walk to Porte de Clignancourt (line 4). The area towards Clignancourt is not very appealing and I’m not sure, if my wife would feel safe walking alone in the dark. Along the way, there are a lot of small shops selling antiques and art, markets on Saturday and Sunday are open.
