Similar story to what a lot of people are saying. Short-haul Y trips through work have been booked with BA (mainly because of the Gold benefits that I still have for now), but for a J work trip to the US later this year I'll be looking elsewhere, probably Virgin/Delta. Planning a holiday in December which will likely be using companion vouchers and (if possible) a GUF, so minimal profits for BA from that.
