Since it went Euroflyer it is one extreme or the other. As I've mentioned in other posts, it's either experienced crew from other (leisure) airlines who care not for BA service standards, or new entrants being trained to the aforementioned standard.

If you get a crew who really want to be there, it's great. But in my experience, as a leisure traveller, it is simply below par.

As a GCH, it's infuriating.

Yes, it's a holiday flight. But I booked BA Club Europe for a reason. I don't want the once a year bucket & spade experience you get at TUI or easyJet, I want the same BA experience I get from an LHR crew.
