Sounds like a mismatch with AMEX GBT (Egencia); I've had issues with them ... a lot.
However, all of my trips show if:

1. SkyMiles number attached to PNR
2. Name correct (even if firstmiddle names are jammed together)

And then it's flagged as "business" (you can confirm this flag w/ pnr.sh).

I now use Navan (former TripActions) and there is an option to "share email and phone with carrier" which I decline every time, but they still show in My Trips.
Delta then asks me for that information when I go to that trip.
