The short rib is always a hit, and I continue to be impressed by the antipasto salad side. Service was pretty lackluster with a water tray PDB (despite there being about 65 passengers on board and boarding concluding about 20 minutes prior to departure) and minimal service in flight.

Total 180 from the experience two days prior. Excellent FA who managed multiple drink runs, full PDB, and an provided an overall friendly and proactive service. I didn't get the chance to preorder so was choosing between the frittata and the smoked salmon and went with the frittata, which was pretty good. I don't love this dish in general but this was the best it's been.
