Today I was informed that I need to buy the bags in advance and than after the flight submit a claim.
Yes, SkyTeam Elite Plus members can bring one checked baggage, even on SAS Go Light tickets. However, in order to bring the luggage on the Light ticket, you have purchase one checked baggage, and then after the flight is over, you need to contact our Customer Care, to get the luggage refunded.
This is yet again something new or has anyone had the same informaiton recenty?
