I don't have any specific information, but just to say that I too am pretty certain that this is coming and that the question is when rather than if. BA's two main competitors are already doing it and after spend based earning for avios (not talking about status here) has seemingly been reasonably painlessly accepted, I don't think that BA would gain any competitive advantage from keeping non-dynamic awards whilst obviously doing so proportionally increases their liability (ie dynamic pricing means that people have to burn more avios overall so lowers liability).

I too expect that RFS will stay and there may even be some marginal improvement to some tax and fees deals or some entry award prices (e.g. introduce promotional redemption destinations every month or something like that) but the overall effect will clearly go towards inflation.

This will be presented as an improvement on multiple grounds of course: "more rewards than ever" or even "you can now buy awards to the last seat in all cabins except F" and also dynamic pricing will mean that most award levels will only be available to BAC members and no longer to partners (same as with AA currently) and this may ultimately continue the broader trend of monetisation (e.g. use avios to part pay BAH etc). Conversely, BA may use this to restrict access to F awards for instance now that numbers of seats available has started to diminish noticeably, so I wouldn't be entirely surprised if ultimately this became only available to - say - GCH, GGLs and Prems. But in effect, at the risk of repeating myself, the main goal and main implication will simply be inflation.
