As long as your are STE and you can input your membership # at the booking for it to show up, Standard Seats are waived. You don't even need to be E+ for that.
This is what I see I the chart for basic. Gold / Elite Plus / Elite. I'm assuming Elite Plus is STE+. No idea what the others mean.
