this is my first time renting from hertz and I choose a Intermediate car Class C Mazda 3
​​​​​​but when I went for pick up, they gave me a Kia soul,
so im just wondering if i got screw out of a better car and charged the same amount or if this could happen and I could get a swap done.
I have this car for 2 weeks and would prefer a better riding car
