How are the rooms?
The room was a very large room with a two sided entertainment center / minibar divider in the middle. Lots of room to stretch out including two sofas. Nice decor with comfy carpet. Room had lots of storage space for your stuff. Decent bathroom.

How is the exec. lounge?

What was good and what was bad?
Good:
- Better than required room upgrade
- Friendly staff
- Nice courtesy room provided when suite was not ready.
- Inner Circle 4 pm checkout given after I requested it.
- Diamond breakfast benefit was fine.

Bad:
- Room not ready until 2:30
- Softer music in the check-in area would have been nice
- Kimpton Stay Preferences were ignored

Note:
- Didn't attend 4PM happy hour
- Forgot to do secret password
