Booked 1 King Standard, received King Premium

How are the rooms?
Very nice. Dual aspect corner room. Good sized. Good quality biscuits/teas + coffee maker. Very nicely furnished bathroom (albeit quite small compared to the rest of the room). Like many Indigo properties, included open hanging area and no drawer space.

How is the exec. lounge?
N/A

What was good and what was bad?
Park in the nearby new station car park. Hotel can validate number plate and charges £6 per night. Good check-in (although there was some confusion over whether rate was breakfast inclusive). Nice upgrade to lovely room. Good wifi. Very nice restaurant and bar, although not the high-end standard of other Castlebridge-managed properties like Bath and Stratford-upon-Avon. Good breakfast. Walkable to the city centre (this could be a negative depending on what you think of Coventry City Centre). Really good to see a new-build Indigo in the UK - quite different to some of the historic properties.

Value for $ or IHG Points? Would you return?
Good value - will return if I need to be in Coventry.
