Hopefully not a silly question but... This summer, I'll be flying to/from SJO, Costa Rica [PHL-Charlotte-SJO outbound, SJO-MIA-PHL inbound]. Obviously, the flights to/from SJO are "international" in that they are from/to another country. However, on AA's dining page, they seem to put Central America in the same category as domestic flights. Should I be looking at the domestic or international meals thread for the legs to/from SJO? [I am aware there is no meal service PHL-Charlotte due to distance, and MIA-PHL is obviously domestic].
