Side question.. how does the Andaz compares to the JW? I've stayed at the JW 5-6 times and we loved it.. and next month we have a one day layover. My choice is between the JW and the Andaz. JW because we know it and always enjoyed our stays. And the Andaz because i've had great Andaz stays in other cities and because i felt like trying something new. Still undecided though.
I was also debating Andaz vs JW as I would like the Hyatt EQNs, but my experience at the Andaz as a non-Globalist in late 2023 had some service issues that I never felt were adequately addressed, while my experience some years ago at the JW was much better. I am flying to SIN today and I went with JW.
In my case the JW and Andaz rates were comparable, and I booked under Luminous at JW for the 100USD credit and daily breakfast at Beach Road Kitchen which is a nice bonus as the benefit for elites is only lounge breakfast.
Also cleared NUAs into Premier Suite for my 3 night stay. I do miss the days where the Premier Marina Bay Suite was in the NUA pool.
