I like your analogy better. However, as patrons are we not able to pass on our input to the owner/manager, whether it be positive or negative, and is he not free then to weigh those opinions and decide how to best deliver the product? Or are patrons only able to pass on compliments but not constructive criticisms? I would rather have people voice their opinions and encourage them to stay rather than dismiss them out of hand and risk them going elsewhere. ORP is a great suggestion box, but it should be for
all suggestions from FT patrons.
Yes, I've visited the other establishments but like what's cooking here and so chose to remain an active FT patron.
