I readily acknowledge that for the vast majority of the FT community, slogging through one of my verbose reports is probably more trouble than it's worth, given the speed and simplicity of whizzing through most other reports. I always figured that if 50000+ words and a couple hundred imbedded pictures are worth only a simple click of the "Like" button, well, that speaks volumes as to one's overall assessment of my report.
That said, I'm totally appreciative and blessed for the handful of you who do appreciate the verbiage. I'm an old dog who's been reading books most everyday since about third grade, so I appreciate the descriptive power of the written word more so than just pictures alone. At the same time, I certainly accept that times have changed and wordy reports like mine - either in volume of verbiage or the style in which I write - are not as popular as they once were. I was born fifty years too late!
