I was confused by that instruction too.

There's some funny business going on with the AirTrain right now that I don't particularly like. Last Sunday night, presumably because of construction or whatever, the red line AirTrain wasn't going direct from T3 to long term parking. Instead, I had to backtrack and take a blue line train and transfer at Garage A. The whole thing felt like it took much longer than it should, and the train was packed. I couldn't figure out whether this is all the time, whether it's just a night thing, or just a weekend thing.
