Thank you for your reply. I flew on JL44 and heard from London base crew that the company no more hire new crews and they even said the company is waiting for their retirement. They said “10 years ago we had as many as 300 crews, but the company changed their mind and shift to Asian crews.”
But according to your comment, the company changed their mind again in this one year and keep London base??
