I too fly mileage runs for the EQMs, but generally don't do it unless the RDMs with the bonus miles included are close in value to the price of the reservation, and now on top of it of course you earn the former when flying on the latter. There are times when I consider saver fares, but I am soon reminded the fun is gone, so that's it, most recently for the trip below.
