They eventually replied to my email, but didn't comment on the grace period, so it's unclear.
I recently made a new reservation with them and discovered some new bugs and changes. You now can't cancel a reservation until it's an hour old.
It also doesn't give you an option to load the QR code into your apple or google wallet.
Especially annoying is that when you log in it takes you to the "manage bookings" page, but it doesn't display any bookings until you navigate away to the "dashboard" (which doesn't display bookings) and back to the "manage bookings"
So I sent them another list of bugs.
