When I tried to check-in online, I tried to check two bags and the fee was $100.

So instead waited for airport check-in, but agent also said the same thing. She showed me on her screen where it showed 2 bags allowed to Montreal, but only 1 bag allowed to Barbados, and she could not override the system. To avoid paying, we were only able to check 1 bag each.

Fortunately both our second checked bags were small enough and able to be taken to the gate, and my partner gate checked the second carry-on and I just carried on two bags onto plane.
