Unfortunately, and IMHO, the London crew are still a way aways from the level of service from the Tokyo crew.
Eye contact, pleasantries, attention to detail (collecting finished items/rubbish), spatial awareness (around the galley area), and cleanliness of the toilets are not there yet.
And also another person says they are still working onboard.
