Is it still the norm to charge the difference in taxes when being upgraded from Y to C? I'm a bit rusty I'm afraid.

This would be ex-UK before the April changeover, so looks like it would be an increase of 13 GBP for what this table shows as Band A? Perhaps there are other taxes.
