I think you have to just book them separately. If you're trying to keep everyone together for upgrade purposes, I'd call and ask to have the 2 res joined. If you're trying to have the 3rd person get the free checked bag based on your Visa I don't think you can since it says "up to 6 pax on the same reservation".
