Wait until disembarkation at T3 waiting 75 mins for stairs and buses on the BA891 from SOF. Quite some feisty Bulgarian passengers stuck on an A320 for 6 hours. My friend was on this. Totally accept bad weather but “we don’t know when stairs are coming “ for 75 mins is woeful.
