Have you tried adding a MR to your first name? As in MangoMR, Man if your name is Mango Man and you are male. Inversing first and last names might work as well, as in Man, Mango (or ManMR, Mango). If it is anything more complex than that, i.e. involving middle names, double-barreled surnames, patronyms, spaces, umlauts, accents, roman numerals etc. then all bets are off. My sympathies if
this or similar is you.
Just to be sure - you haven't accidentally used Manage Booking for Batik Air Malaysia - Malindo Air (OD) instead of Batik Air Indonesia (ID)?
