Guessing the globalist breakfast would be at the neighboring Hyatt Centric until they find another tenant for the space.
When I stayed at the Caption last year, Talk Shop was a pretty good dining outlet. It had a specialized menu that was influenced by the area.
Talk Shop is supposed to be their signature space. Osaka's seems to be doing well with locals lunching there and coming for desserts and drinks.
