This Downtown Memphis hotel's cafe / bar has permanently closed

Guessing the globalist breakfast would be at the neighboring Hyatt Centric until they find another tenant for the space.

When I stayed at the Caption last year, Talk Shop was a pretty good dining outlet. It had a specialized menu that was influenced by the area.
