Had the same this week: I had changed two flights with the pass (wife+me) and this message popped up. I called the gold line to apply the upgrade vouchers and mentioned this error, but was given an explication like “it’s because you changed flights”. I gave it a few days (Friday was a strike day in Greece), but finally called the Gold line today and they fixed both reservations in less than a minute.
