Stayed here for 3 nights in December

Arrived and told the ground level staff that was diamond and wanted to check in at the Lounge. Took a special lift that goes all floors from ground to 44.
Lobby was at 11 floor with the breakfast restaurant
Lounge at 44 floor
Night Club at 65 floor
Rooms from 20 to 65 floor
The lift system is quite confusing so mostly need to get to the lobby then take another lift down to ground floor.
Rooms wise also some lifts go from 11 to 43 and some lifts serve 11, 40 to 65.

Booked basic room and upgraded to king executive bund view at level 43 so had a direct lift to the lounge when needed.
Bund view is same view as the lounge with the Shanghai Postcard skyline view..
Hotel itself is like no.4 or 5 in terms of height in Shanghai
Location is excellent, Walked to the bund via the pedestrian street in the day and evening to see the view.
Complex itself has a few flagship stores with Starbucks Reserve, nike, lego and m&ms.
Breakfast in the restaurant was funny, didn't have to say my room number, just tap the card and off you go.....most percular section was the Indian food section
Had the usual queue if you came after 9am
Breakfast in the lounge was more limited and the chef does the eggs
Tea snack time was cookies and fruit
Dinner Happy Hour was quite substantial, with chef doing noodles, meat on skewers, meat, cakes, Indian/middle east food like naan, curry.
