Looking at the Okura in either the Heritage Room or Heritage Room with balcony but can't decide which to stay in. With a balcony it's slightly more pricer. Although I enjoyed having a balcony at the Palace last year, I'm not sure I'd use this one much as there's much less privacy from the surroduning buildings?
