Hello

I purchased a single dragon pass to top up my account as I was expecting to need it on a recent trip. In the end I didn't and I see I can get a refund. I'd rather do it through the app for convenience but having explored every option I can think of I cannot find an option to cancel. Has anyone else previously cancelled and received a refund by going via the app, or will I just have to call up?

(i) All unused Single Lounge access that are purchased can be refunded anytime by cancelling order within DragonPass application or calling our customer 24/7 customer hotline
