For flights that I have booked for later in this year, the NTPs do appear so it's possible to calculate these. I assume in my spreadsheet that the bonus nTPs are on top of the published numbers which are calculated using the new system. So for example LHR-DEN in J gets me about 2700 nTP on a 3.2K ticket. On top of that I would expect an extra 800 which equates to 3500 in total.

All good so far. But based on previous experience I think that BA will have difficulty with legacy bookings and there's going to have to be a lot of manual adjustments after april 1st.

For example we booked a 4 night BAH, booked before December 30th to Santorini in ET plus hotel to be flown before the end of June. Total cost £2.4K. On the old system I would expect just the 80 oTPs (40 each way) about 5000 avios for the flights for 2 and 2400 bonus avios. converted to nTPs that would be 1066 nTPs each.

But if it was calculated under the new system it would be as follows: 4870 nTps (doubled because of the offer) divided equally for 2 = 2435 nTP's each. In addition there would be 150 nTps bonus for the flights which would make it 2585 nTP pp. Clearly I know under what method I'd prefer to be awarded...

BA's own avios and TP calculator for bookings on MMB has given up completely offering me silver levels of avios and mrs F. gold for upcoming flights, then it swaps on a weekly basis. For tier points it's hedging its bets saying 'and the eligible number of tier points'.

I can see whole new short term employment opportunities opening up at BA for people who are good with sums.
