Select Batik Air seat with trip.com booking?
I recently booked a Batik Air flight (domestic Indonesia LBJ-DPS) in business class on trip.com and want to select seats. They provided an airline PNR in the booking, but the Batik Air website can't find it under 'manage booking'. Any trick to get my seats assigned?
