I too have some (less than $10) credits that I've kept alive for decades but really haven't had a need to use them for decades now. I will finally just let them expire now. Between Messages, FaceTime, Messenger, Line, Whatsapp, Google Voice, Zoom, and virtual number apps, Skype became superfluous. Not one of Steve Balmer's best acquisitions.
