I had issue as well...booked SCL-BOG on LATAM and BOG-MIA on Avianca. Avianca charged DG tax and there isn't any way to get the tax at connection point. I tried to complaint and AV told me to "talk to immigration". I filed a DOT complaint, hopefully it goes somewhere
