Flew Emirates first class CGK to DBX. Was told to proceed through security to the Plaza Lounge. I was expecting to be able to use the first portion of the lounge, but was told Emirates doesn’t pay for it, so I could upgrade if I wanted… $175 USD. As I was only going to be in the lounge for an hour it didn’t seem worth it. Plus the First portion of the lounge was 100% empty.
