Yes the lounge has outdoor seating. It is tiered so there are two or three different levels where there is seating. Some is under an overhang and there are some umbrellas that can be opened to provide some shade too. It looks over Tidepools so there is some view from the outdoor seating.

Our room was down the hall from the second floor overlook into the old Grand Club. It appeared to be set up with a conference table. I assume it could be used for meetings.
