Lufthansa doing a stellar job of making BA passengers feel at home. Just got into Frankfurt from Baku 20 mins early and had:

- airbridge fail
- steps to rear door only
- buses didn’t turn up
- meanwhile ground crew started refuelling proactively and the Captain, a flamboyant James May type, had to open 1L and whistle at them to stop while passengers got off

The aircraft allocated to the 5 hour flight had, in true BA style, no Wi-Fi or in seat power.
