I suspect outside of FT Finnair Plus is barely a blip. BA's Gold and Silver customer base is another thing altogether and despite what you see here and on blogs was not all TP running double BAH TP £3K Golds. I'm sure LHG amd AF/KL are more than happy to take advantage of BA flinging off a large lucrative base of profitable customers with a status match that costs them relatively little
