What is the menu like on the day flight? Is it lunch/dinner? Similar entree choices? Mom is trying to plan her meals for the week (dietary stuff) and wanted to try to budget for the flight.
I did a search and came up empty... links to relevant threads or new info here would be most welcome.
Thanks in advance!
Flew this route last November. The main meal is labelled "Brunch" and I believe the choices were French Toast, omelette and chicken quesadillas, along with tons of cinnamon rolls and other breads. I don't remember the exact pre-landing meal, but remember a chicken breast with Asian cole slaw and (I think) a smoked trout with some other sort of salad, along with a small dessert. Personally, I thought it was a lot of food for a 6.5 hour flight. They also offer fruit and cheese (on request) between the two meals. AA90 and 142 from JFK are my favorite ways to fly to London - no jet lag (and no lines at passport control, either).
