I booked MIA-MAD in J and my ticket on the website says simply business. Recently my buddy booked the same flight same day in J and his ticket says Flagship business. What's the difference? He says he can use the Flagship check in at MIA but i have to go to regular 1st class. True? Also he says he gets better lounge access than me. What's up with this? We're travelling together so I don't want to have something different than him. Thanks.
