It's a legit gripe and a real issue with some pilots; although the handling of it? I doubt writing a complaint will do much. Yeah, it's frustrating to be sitting on a tarmac and wonder why you seem to be going nowhere. Or at a gate long after the door has closed and the jetbridge has been withdrawn. Would be interested to know is this AA specific.
