That is the key point. And somehow, SK crews are really bad offenders here. As said many time before… the more experienced, the worse it gets.
But also had two pretty disappointing crews on TK last two days. Sooooo… yeah. Can happen. But at SK I expect that is the norm and at TK or even LH, a real bad crew is the exception.
TK I find they just clear the call button light from the galley, catch them when they pass or go to the galley.
